Second, and exclusive to newsletter subscribers, Roda Magazine partners with some amazing event coordinators and is able to offer free or discounted tickets to performances and after parties. In the past, we have partnered with The Reel Brazil Film Festival, Dance Brazil, and The World Music Institute.

How do I submit a news item?
If you have exciting news or have heard exciting news that relates to capoeira or capoeiristas, please email us at contact at rodamagazine dot com. Please include links and sources so we can verify the information before posting it.
What is considered news?
Literally anything that would be of interest to the capoeira community. This includes interviews, articles, essays, performance reviews, competition results, and intelligent thought. This does not have to be content generated by you.
