The Corpus Christi, TX newspaper publication, The Caller-Times, focused an article and video piece on Capoeira Corpus Christi. The video has some nice footage and good interviews. The accompanying article also has more details about the group.
"I wanted to keep fit, but you get sucked in," she said. "The culture is amazing. To truly absorb Capoeira, you have to absorb everything. You have to speak the language and as you move to higher levels you have to learn about the culture and learn to play the instruments."

I am 22 years old and i have been wanting to get into a routine workout since i became very health cautious. I've always been passionate about Capoeira since watching "Only the Strong" when i was 8 years old, and a goal in my life is to be able to do a perfect backflip :P , but i live in Corpus Christi and can't find a school for it. if you have any info please let me know. I also wouldn't mind someone to join me in the motivation and possibly spar with.
