Capoeira News: Cool Stuff
Written by Frank Myers Monday, 03 January 2011 00:00

The world's mixed martial arts leagues like Strikeforce, K-1 and UFC have loads of fighters looking to either rise to fame or stay on top in 2011.   LowKick.com published a cool article on five dream fights that fans are itching to see in 2011.

The end of the 2010 is now days away, and the MMA world was treated to some of the biggest and most exciting moments ever to be witnessed. We saw an emperor dethroned. We saw the baddest man on the planet turned into a fetus. We saw a spider catch prey in its web. We saw a demolition at the K1 World Grand Prix. We saw a Shogun slay a dragon. We saw a 209 edition of bully beat down,we saw a Canadian rock band not even come close to losing a round, and the extreme ascend to the ultimate.

MMA Fighting also gave us look at the top MMA heavyweights and an analysis on how 2011 is gonna shape for these fighters

But while 2010 may have been the year of the heavyweight in MMA, with everyone from Lesnar to Fedor Emelianenko to current UFC champ Cain Velasquez rapidly swapping places in the ranks, the division seems to be in tatters heading into 2011.

Don't believe me? Here's a quick rundown of the UFC's top big men and their status as of this writing:

Okay seriously? walk into one of these gyms and do capoeira. there are only a hand full internationally that will accept you. For them it will be 1/4 power, and they will go near to all out on you, or tackle you so that you will have to go harder to not be mocked as a dancer emo (gay person)- there are many many nice people in MMa. but for every one of those there is 100 block heads. So, before you advert them on your pages thinking they accept you, rember to them your like an emo kid in a mosh pit. step up or shut up, and leave them off our at home pages.,, be friends with them train with them, but let our pages be our pages, then can be on our pages when they train with us. very simple.

Remember what Fonzie was like? Cool. That's how we're gonna be -- cool. Critical is fine, but if you're rude, we'll delete your stuff. Have fun and thanks for adding to the conversation!
